cFocus Software seeks Operations Manager III to join our program supporting the Executive Office of the President (EOP) This position is fully remote. This position requires a Top-Secret clearance.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or other related discipline is preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant Operations Management experience
- Active Cloud/Security Certification
Duties:
- Has day-to-day management of administration and operational tasks under the direction of a Program Manager, Division Manager, or Corporate Executive.
- Manages day-to-day internal business processes across functional departments.
- Assists in project coordination, logistics, recruiting, and procurement of resources and management thereof.
- Serve as primary interface to corporate accounting, legal, and HR.
- Manage inside sales operations, internal inventory, risk management, customer terms and conditions negotiations and closure of aged receivables.
- Prepare and update operating plans.
- Coordinate with product managers, and corporate AP/AR/contracting functions as required.
- Generate quotations on standard products and custom work as required.
- Coordinate quotation follow-up activities with customers and product managers.
- Reconcile purchase orders with quotes, including payment terms, delivery schedule, etc.
- Acts as customers’ sales point-of-contact from receipt of PO through delivery of products and services.
- Coordinate service/product deliveries, to include PO travelers, daily delivery activities, domestic and export/import documentation, service and product invoicing, warranty status, etc.
- Coordinate with sale representatives to perform the tasks identified.
- Provide administrative support to personnel in conjunction with the shared services team.
- Manage project operations and ensure production schedules are met.
- Ensure system resources are used effectively.
- Coordinate the resolution of production-related problems.
- Ensure proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
