Are you an experienced operations, strategy, or business operations professional who would like to lend your coding expertise to train AI models?

As an AI Trainer in our Operations domain, you'll rate, review, and rewrite AI responses on the subject of Operations, Strategy, and Business Operations, all from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

  • You will train AI models by crafting and answering questions related to the topic of Operations, Strategy, or Business Operations
  • You will evaluate and rank responses generated by AI systems
  • You will use your domain expertise to assess the factuality and relevance of text produced by AI models

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in operations management, business, strategic management or a related subject
  • Ability to write engaging, accurate, and insightful content related to the Operations domain
  • Research and fact-checking abilities
  • Ability to speak/write fluently in English
  • Demonstrate exceptional writing skills, with a focus on clarity, brevity, and engagement

Payment:

  • Hourly rate: Up to US $125/hour depending on your level of expertise
  • Rates vary based on expertise, skill assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. For example, higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, such as during initial project onboarding or project overtime phases, lower rates may apply. Certain projects offer incentive payments. Please review the payment terms for each project.
