The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco: 

As part of the Ads Strategy team within Moloco’s Go-To-Market organization, you’ll play a critical role in shaping strategic initiatives that drive business growth. Initially, your focus will be on:

  1. Leading high-impact strategy projects for Moloco’s Executive and C-Suite teams.
  2. Driving the Competitive Intelligence function for Moloco Ads

This role is an opportunity to work on complex, high-visibility challenges at the intersection of business strategy and product innovation.

The Opportunity: 

Strategy & Growth Initiatives

  • Drive high-impact strategy projects to accelerate Moloco’s revenue growth and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations by analyzing advertiser trends, market expansion opportunities, and ecosystem dynamics.
  • Partner with Moloco’s Product, Sales, and Finance teams to refine strategic proposals, and ensure successful execution.

Competitive Intelligence & Market Insights

  • Lead Moloco’s Competitive Intelligence (CI) function. This involves tracking industry trends, competitive dynamics, and product developments in the mobile advertising space.
  • Act as the company’s go-to expert on the competitive landscape, ensuring leadership stays ahead of key shifts in the industry.
  • Synthesize insights into executive-ready reports and develop actionable recommendations that inform business decisions.
  • Benchmark Moloco’s ad products and monetization strategies against competitors to identify areas of differentiation.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?  

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of the AdTech industry; experience in mobile app monetization is a plus.
  • Background in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Strategy (highly preferred).
  • Experience working directly with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders with minimal oversight.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to break down ambiguous problems into their acute factors, and deliver compelling recommendations.
  • Experience working on high visibility, strategic projects. Experience driving these projects from ideation to execution, even in light of limited data or guidance. 
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects from ideation to execution, even in light of limited data or guidance.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration – experience working with Product, Data Science, and Outstanding communication skills – ability to craft executive-ready documents and presentations with precision. 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. SQL experience a plus

Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Pay Range:

$144,000$216,000 USD
