Group Summary:
The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:
General Job Duties:

  • Exhibit teamwork skills and actively participate in team activities in a positive working environment.
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills in a work environment that is striving for continuous improvement.
  • Follow Company policies and display conduct expected of DexSys employees as described in the employee handbook.
  • Adhere to all DexSys safety and health objectives, policies and procedures to provide for a safe and healthful workplace. Report any unsafe conditions to your supervisor to correct the situation. Report all accidents and near misses in a timely manner.


Specific Job Duties:

  • Support full Software Development Lifecycle for web, desktop, and server applications.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to support manufacturing, warehousing, administration, and quality processes.
  • Work with internal customers to create custom software solutions.
  • Work with the Network Administrators to deploy a robust architecture that will facilitate growth of new applications.
  • Support and train users on internal applications as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a timely fashion.
  • Learn new systems and technologies as needed.


Desired Work Experience:

  • MS SQL Server database development and administration
  • C# (.NET Framework, .NET 5+, ASP.NET), Javascript/TypeScript, HTML5, VB
  • Automotive sequencing, MES (SoliDat), programming and implementation
  • IP networks using industrial printers, barcode scanners, and PLCs
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and people management skills
