Your role as a Merchant Success Manager is to help our merchants succeed selling subscriptions on Shopify. You will work with merchants of all sizes and shapes to provide tactical and strategic expertise in launching and prevailing in selling Subscriptions. You will bring your previous experience to help us build Success at Skio and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Support teams to understand merchant needs and develop new strategies to further ensure success for our merchants.
