Marketing Operations Intern

Department: Marketing
Location: Must be in PST time zone
Reports To:
Sr. Director, Marketing Operations
Duration:
20-30 pre-scheduled hours per week for 8-12 weeks

By unifying retrieval, clinical intelligence, risk adjustment, quality improvement, and member management solutions into one intelligent, AI-powered system, Reveleer streamlines fragmented workflows to supercharge productivity, enhance care quality, and optimize performance on high-priority value-based initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Account and contact data hygiene / cleanup:

  • Audit and clean CRM data in HubSpot, focusing on duplicate contacts and account hierarchy.
  • Standardize and normalize key data fields (job titles, industries, regions) for accurate segmentation.
  • Improve account-contact relationships to support ABM initiatives and better sales-marketing alignment.

ABM and marketing programs automation / support:

  • Assist in refining ABM, event, and programs contact lists, ensuring high-quality, correctly segmented accounts.
  • Support HubSpot automation by helping optimize workflows for lead routing, scoring, and nurturing sequences.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in Marketing or relevant degree (undergraduate or graduate).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to commit to internship duration.

Compensation: $25.00 / hourly rate

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
