We’re Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.

Are you a compelling storyteller with a knack for crafting narratives that captivate audiences? At Salesforce, our Company Messaging team is seeking a Lead (Manager) to play a pivotal role in developing executive-level presentations that shape our corporate narrative and highlight customer success. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging keynote experiences for some of the world’s largest events, including Dreamforce and other special events.

The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, thought leader, skilled project manager, and collaborative team player. This individual thrives in dynamic environments, demonstrates strong executive presence, and can manage multiple initiatives with precision and creativity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute keynote presentations and messaging for Salesforce events, including Dreamforce and World Tours.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, product marketing, PR, design, and events teams to align messaging with Salesforce's strategic vision.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to craft presentations that elevate Salesforce’s market positioning and reinforce core values.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive narratives integrating customer stories, product launches, and Salesforce innovation.
  • Contribute to the end-to-end keynote development process, ensuring excellence in content, design, and delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration without direct people management responsibilities, driving alignment and accountability across teams.
  • Support customer engagement by partnering with Salesforce customers to highlight their stories and success using Salesforce technologies.
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, providing insights and guidance on narrative development and presentation delivery.

Experience / Skills Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, corporate communications, or executive content development in a high-tech environment.
  • Proven track record of developing impactful presentations and working closely with senior executives.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities and experience transforming complex topics into compelling, audience-driven narratives.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership and high-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage large-scale projects, drive collaboration across departments, and meet tight deadlines with high-quality results.
  • Fosters a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Proficiency in Apple Keynote, Google Slides, and presentation design tools.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and driving business transformation through storytelling. Strong interest in emerging technologies, including AI trends, and how they shape the future of enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to travel (25%) to support global event execution.
  • Resolves conflicts effectively and builds strong relationships across teams.
  • Demonstrates the ability to foster collaboration and inspire excellence in peers.
  • Communicates effectively across various formats, translating ideas into actionable strategies.
  • Partners confidently with senior stakeholders and demonstrates poise in high-visibility environments.
  • At Salesforce, storytelling drives transformation. Join our Company Messaging team and help shape the future of enterprise communication.
