POSITION SUMMARY
At Cryoport Systems, our mission is to support life and health by providing reliable and comprehensive temperature-controlled supply chain solutions for the life sciences through our advanced technologies and dedicated personnel.
The Marketing Intern will support the Cryoport Systems marketing team through a structured and rotational 10-week internship program designed to provide hands-on experience across core functions within B2B and B2C marketing. The position is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual eager to gain exposure to market research, marketing automation, content creation, and strategic planning.
The Intern will contribute to meaningful projects that impact the company's global marketing efforts, with exposure to the three key markets we serve - Biopharmaceutical, Reproductive Medicine, and Animal Health. Under the guidance of the Marketing Leadership Team, the Intern will engage in research, content development, digital tools training, and cross-functional collaboration. The internship program will conclude with a capstone presentation that showcases the intern's strategic insights and deliverables.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
- Participate in comprehensive onboarding sessions, gaining insight into company markets, regions, solutions and our overall approach to Marketing
- Complete comprehensive CRM and Marketing automation training to develop familiarity with reporting dashboards and marketing automation workflows
- Execute marketing automation tasks in Salesforce Pardot, including segment creation and email campaign development
- Conduct detailed market research and analysis for one of our core markets by identifying trends, prospects, key competitors, and growth opportunities
- Create a targeted global prospecting plan by identifying and mapping decision-makers across high-potential companies within one of our core markets
- Develop a detailed marketing strategy and outreach plan specifically tailored for the EMEA and UK regions
- Produce engaging marketing content, including an eBook and accompanying blog series
- Launch and manage content promotion strategies, leveraging various tools and platforms to drive audience engagement and lead generation
- Prepare and deliver a final presentation summarizing market insights, campaign results, and strategic recommendations for future marketing initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or currently working towards a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
