How you’ll make an impact:


We are looking for a Marketing and Campaign Operations Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This person will play a critical role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing programs. They will be responsible for managing marketing automation, campaign execution, data analytics, and lead management processes to maximize marketing’s impact on revenue. Additionally, this role will lead our email marketing efforts, overseeing strategy, building campaigns, automation, A/B testing, and performance reporting, while collaborating with other team members on content development. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, analytical, and tech-savvy marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Here's what you'll do in this role:

  • Marketing Automation & CRM Management: Oversee the setup, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns within our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Campaign Execution: Work closely with the demand generation team to build, test, and launch multi-channel campaigns, including email, paid media, webinars, and nurture programs.
  • Lead Management & Scoring: Manage lead routing, scoring, and attribution models to ensure seamless handoff between marketing and sales.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and strategies, including segmentation, personalization, automation, A/B testing, and performance reporting, while optimizing engagement and conversion rates.
  • Data & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline campaign workflows, ensure data integrity, and implement best practices for marketing operations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with demand generation, product, customer and partner marketing teams, sales, and rev ops teams to align on goals and improve marketing-to-sales conversion.
  • Technology & Tools: Manage the marketing tech stack, evaluate new tools, and ensure proper integrations with our existing systems.

Here's what you'll bring with you:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing operations, email marketing, automation, or related.
  • Hands-on experience in HubSpot and Salesforce CRM. HubSpot certification preferred.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Asana preferred.
  • Proven experience in email marketing strategy, execution, and optimization. Familiarity with compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, report on campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
