About the Team

The GTM Enablement team is responsible for bringing Mixpanel's vision and strategy to life by building robust learning experiences and supporting tools for our best-in-class Go-To-Market (GTM) teams (including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Solution Engineering/Customer Success and Professional Services). This team is a critical contributor to driving a culture of continuous improvement in the development of our high-performing GTM teams.

About the Role

Mixpanel is looking for a GTM Enablement Leader to drive the next chapter of growth. You will serve as a critical partner for all of our GTM teams by defining the GTM Enablement strategy, developing/delivering learning and behavioral programs and supporting artifacts/materials, facilitating training sessions tailored to our key buyer personas, and providing thought leadership across the organization. You'll also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, building robust processes, and driving transformation through effective change management and communication to the GTM organization.

Responsibilities

  • Designing the global GTM Enablement program including sales methodologies & strategies, persuasive artifacts, thought leadership, and training sessions
  • Identifying best-in-class practices to drive the day-to-day work of sales reps, including developing playbooks that drive a differentiated customer experience
  • Ensuring high-quality communications, consistency, and integrated feedback loops exist across all programs, including Revenue Kickoff, Global/Regional offsites, President’s Club
  • Conducting training and facilitating learning sessions for frontline sales reps, customer success, solution engineering etc. 
  • Acting as the primary conduit for all GTM materials delivered across the organization to improve sales productivity, discipline & operational excellence
  • Tailoring the global sales & positioning narrative as needed for the Sales organization; determining content, research & training requirements, and briefing relevant teams accordingly through various communication channels and forums
  • Partnering with Product Marketing/Marketing, Product and Partnerships teams to ensure consistency, collaboration, and high-quality outputs across the sales enablement process
  • Working with go-to-market stakeholders to gather business requirements and devise strategies that drive GTM process & sales productivity improvements
  • Work closely across colleagues in the People organization & GTM to design, scale and execute incentive and rewards programming across geographies (US, EMEA, APAC) to drive culture and employee engagement (e.g., quarterly recognition and awards, president’s club)
  • Owning & executing a holistic go-to-market project and communications calendar, aligning and coordinating strategic initiatives and operational execution for functional stakeholders across Mixpanel (e.g., Sales, Marketing, CS/SE, Services, Partnerships & Product)

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • 10+ years of related work experience in Sales Enablement, Corporate Strategy, or Business Operations in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, preferably at a SaaS or B2B organization
  • 5+ years of direct management experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, Operations or related field
  • Proven experience building, executing, and measuring the success of sales training programs. Such programs will have driven clear improvements in the Sales process, practices, and execution
  • Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines on a global scale
  • Direct experience working with global sales leaders in worldwide regions
  • Working knowledge of Sales Processes and/or SFDC, including Reporting and Record Management from lead creation through opportunity closure
  • Excellent persuasive communicator in both written and verbal forms, adept at crafting compelling arguments
  • Internal and external customer-focus and a work ethic based on a strong desire to excel and go above and beyond expectations
  • Independent and Entrepreneurial – the ability to work with minimal guidance in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Demonstrable passion for the data analytics industry

Compensation

The amount listed below is the total target cash compensation (TTCC) and includes base compensation and variable compensation in the form of either a company bonus or commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level. In addition to the cash compensation provided, this position is also eligible for equity consideration and other benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage. You can view our benefits offerings here.
Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and are benchmarked to the SF Bay Area Technology data cut released by Radford, a global compensation database. The range displayed represents the minimum and maximum TTCC for new hire salaries for the position across all of our US locations. To stay on top of market conditions, we refresh our salary ranges twice a year so these ranges may change in the future. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and other factors. If you have questions about the specific range, your recruiter can share this information.

$180,000$220,000 USD
