Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Development
    • Lead the teams to develop e-commerce website capabilities using the Adobe stack of technologies such as Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce
    • Integrate modern website and commerce solutions that give visibility into the business operations
    • Support direct sales to consumers on web
    • Provide integration points for mobile clients to sell product and services
  • Overall
    • Lead and support several software development teams, around the globe, that consist of employee as well as consultant developers
    • Mentor team members to advance both technical capabilities and career development
    • Coordinate with consultant teams
    • Manage tight deadlines on complex deliverables to meet business needs
    • Escalate issues appropriately with clear and concise root cause analysis and remediation recommendations
    • Represent the your development teams in new project technical meetings


A successful candidate will be able to help ensure both the success of delivery and the growth of the overall capability in the larger organization.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience leading and managing high performing teams, with a track record of successfully recruiting and developing talent


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in eCommerce optimization and analytics
  • Experience in managing complex system requirements
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Commerce Cloud, Adobe Launch, Adobe CDP, Adobe Analytics


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
