Job Description
- Manage and lead a team of SAP Ariba consultants, providing direction and guidance
- Oversee the implementation of SAP Ariba projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their processes and system requirements
- Design and configure SAP Ariba
- Provide guidance and support to clients in utilizing and customizing their SAP solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Ariba, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM processes and Success Factors modules
- Proven experience in designing and configuring SAP Ariba
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering successful SAP projects
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in full-cycle SAP Ariba implementation projects
- Certification in SAP Ariba is preferred
