Manager, Sales Strategy and Planning

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Sales Strategy and Planning to drive our sales organization's strategic planning and resource allocation. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining critical planning models, and be a partner to sales leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, cross-functional planning processes spanning multiple teams 
  • Own and maintain capacity planning and headcount models that align with company growth objectives
  • Set business-level targets
  • Partner with Sales Finance on annual budgeting and ongoing financial planning
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to design optimal org structures and growth plans
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise stakeholder communications 
  • Translate business requirements into actionable execution plans 

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in sales operations, strategy, finance, or similar analytical role
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling. Knowledge of sql is helpful.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize and distill large amounts of information
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision

Remote-Global

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. See more information on our benefits and equity. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary.

California/Colorado/Hawaii/New Jersey/New York/Washington/DC/Illinois/Minnesota pay range

$100,800$216,000 USD
