We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Partner Experience Manager to lead our organization through a strategic and comprehensive transformation. Position reports to the Head of Partner Experience. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, fostering agility, and implementing change initiatives that align with the Channel & GTM strategic goals. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader with a proven track record of successfully leading organizational transformations.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and articulate a clear vision for the team's transformation, aligned with overall business objectives. Collaborate with leadership to define and execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of transformation initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with functional teams to ensure alignment of transformation efforts & goals. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Talent Development: Develop and execute talent development programs to enhance the capabilities of the workforce.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with transformation initiatives. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
- Reporting and Accountability: Establish reporting mechanisms to provide regular updates on the progress of transformation initiatives. Hold teams accountable for meeting established milestones and objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Data Science, Business Analytics, Business, or related field AND experience in consulting, project management, partner engagement & relationship management, analytics, or partner feedback and intelligence program management
- OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years proven experience in the channel. Ideally channel operations, programs and/or experience, with a track record of successfully leading projects and change.
- 2+ years of partner experience leading, supporting, and implementing change initiatives that align with a Partner Organization strategic goals.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $163,100 - $217,400
Zone B: $146,800 - $195,700
Zone C: $135,400 - $180,500
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
