About the Role:
As the Professional Services Manager (Project/Program Management), you will lead a team of Project Managers, ensuring efficient use of deployment resources to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will oversee customer deployment projects, drive program and process initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes. You will be directly responsible for ensuring portfolio delivery efficiency, meeting revenue targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is critical in developing and implementing our SIEM delivery methodology.
What You'll Do:

  • Program Leadership: Lead the NG SIEM program, including strategy development, implementation, and ongoing management to ensure alignment with organizational security goals.
  • Team Management: Oversee a team of project managers, providing mentorship, training, and performance management to foster a high-performance culture. Staff, coach, and upskill team members according to their career plans and ambitions
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SIEM solutions into existing security frameworks.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of the SIEM program and present findings to executive leadership.
  • Risk Management: Ensure PMO practices align with the company's overall risk management strategy. Apply delivery methodology effectively, implement project standards, and minimize exposure and risk.


What You'll Need:

  • BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education/training/experience or equivalent military experience required.
  • Masters in management discipline is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with project management software, such as Clarizen, Asana, Confluence, or JIRA.
  • Good presentation skills including written, oral, presentation.
  • Good organizational skills including tool utilization (spreadsheets, project management tools, mind maps), information collection, attention to detail, and prioritization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including appreciation and the ability to elicit collaboration from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
  • Flexible to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines - able to promptly and expertly react to project adjustments and alterations.
  • Project Management Institute PMP(r) certification or equivalent a plus.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $115,000 - $185,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
