Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive manager to report to the Vice President of Creditor Relationships at Beyond Finance. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of relationship management, operational processes, and communications to our partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and bring creative problem-solving skills to the table.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships, ensuring timely and effective communication and follow-ups. This is a major focus in this role.
  • Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new relationships and become familiar with all aspects of the processes with new partners.
  • Operational Coordination: Assist in tracking and organizing key processes related to creditor agreements, negotiations, and deliverables.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct research to support creditor strategies, prepare reports, and maintain organized records of insights and performance metrics.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with the VP on special projects that require outside-the-box thinking and creative solutions.
  • Communication: Draft and proofread emails, presentations, and other communication materials to maintain a professional and polished image.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, and handle correspondence with creditors and internal stakeholders.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about trends and changes in the debt relief and creditor relations sectors to anticipate potential impacts and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a business development, relationship or client relations manager, preferably within the financial services or debt relief industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to think creatively when faced with challenges.
  • Proficiency in Google or Microsoft Office Suite products and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the debt relief industry or creditor relations.
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders.
