The Role

Job Description
As the you will lead a team of individuals who complete monitoring activities focused on compliance and operational risks to support risk mitigation and process / control improvements. Leading the Monitoring and Insights team, the manager will play an active role in and oversee enhancements to the overall program. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, capable of leading initiatives in a highly collaborative environment. This high visibility role supports efforts across the enterprise, and partners with business leaders, product managers, and data analysts to complete tasks. Projects, at times will be complicated and require collaboration and critical thinking. They will also use data to guide analysis and conclusions. The candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to understand business requirements and develop recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 7-10 years financial services compliance, risk management or audit experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading and/or as a key contributor in transactional testing focused reviews
  • 5+ years of experience using omni-channel contact center solutions to support risk management, including through rules based analytics (experience with Genesys, Cresta, Call Miner, etc. is a plus)
  • 3+ years of technical experience and skills utilizing software based solutions to transform data for analysis (experience using Power BI, Python, Tableau, or similar coding solutions is a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee and analyze data sets, identify themes and trends and execute root cause analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee and as needed, build and design monitoring activities and insights projects that drive deeper understanding into operations
  • Prior experience driving programmatic changes in areas of responsibility
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment
  • Attention to detail; ability to produce quality work products free of mistakes and discrepancies. Ability to review work products produced by others and provide relevant feedback.
  • Self-starter, willing to take action without being asked; ability to plan ahead and manage time well
  • 5+ years of experience working with applicable financial services laws, rules, and regulations, relating them to products and services, and the ability to identify potential gaps or deficiencies related to the regulatory requirements, assess the level of risk and propose solutions to close said gaps
  • Experience in a leadership capacity, preferably in a high-volume call center
  • Intermediate computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office and Google products

We are proudly offering hybrid options in the Phoenix, AZ metro market. In other locations throughout the country, we offer work from home in the following states:
: $70,000 to $85,000 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
