Summary:

As Manager of Business Operations on our Commercial Planning team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that drive Botrista's continued market expansion across high-potential F&B channels.

This high-visibility role requires both strategic vision and operational excellence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize commercial processes while developing compelling financial models and client-facing materials that demonstrate clear ROI to prospects and partners. You'll also support investor relations activities and other strategic initiatives

Requirements
  • Design and implement sophisticated pricing strategies that balance margin objectives with market dynamics
  • Develop comprehensive financial models and compelling pitch decks that enable our sales teams to win strategic contracts
  • Identify process optimization opportunities across commercial operations and lead implementation initiatives
  • Create and maintain robust sales reporting frameworks that deliver actionable business intelligence
  • Support investor engagement, including due diligence processes and stakeholder communications
  • Drive special projects aligned with commercial growth objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitatively rigorous discipline (Business, Economics, Engineering)
  • 2-4 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or Investment Banking, with demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and client-facing materials
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities with ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights meant for executive level distribution. 
  • Advanced Excel proficiency including financial modeling best practices
  • Superior communication skills with experience presenting to executive-level audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • Willingness to work from our San Francisco headquarters 3 days weekly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with building dashboards with Tableau, PowerBI
  • Experience with building customer facing presentations
  • Experience building processes, project management, and stakeholder management at varied levels of the organization
  • Able to start in March 2025

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000
