Job Summary: Tooling Intern Analyst will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and management of our service tooling programs. This position requires a deep understanding of tooling processes, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our service operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement data analysis to the current tooling tracking and auditing processes to generate organizational overview for each service center.

Perform system integration for tooling program to allow appropriate tooling budget forecast.

Monitor tooling program performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and maintain documentation related to tooling programs, including Service Tooling Catalog, invoices, and receipts.

Create tooling management system to monitor and track each shop’s tooling expense.

Procure and facilitate tooling orders upon request.

Perform and develop tooling inventory management system based on current processes.
Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent project management abilities.

Proficiency in data analytical software such as Tableau, SQL, and SAP ERP.

Knowledge of service operations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a related field.

Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations.
