Who You Are

Brightwheel is seeking a creative and customer-centric Lifecycle marketer to join the Marketing team. You will lead lifecycle campaigns and nurtures for our Education team, and you’ll drive customer value so more early education programs use Experience Curriculum products. This means you’ll enable teachers to get precious hours back and you’ll enable programs to deliver higher quality learning.


The ideal candidate will have both marketing and early education expertise. You should be scrappy yet detailed-oriented, and you should be eager to dive in to make an impact on the early education industry. This marketer with have a tremendous impact building lifecycle strategies for Experience Curriculum from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive end-to-end strategies to engage existing Experience Curriculum customers and reinforce value to increase retention
  • Build and publish email campaigns in HubSpot, including a monthly customer newsletter
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing on social engagement strategies
  • Win back previously churned customers by reinforcing product value and driving awareness of new offerings
  • Optimize website and Help Center to make customer resource pages more user-friendly and visible
  • Jump in to support various marketing initiatives as a key member of the Lifecycle & Customer Marketing team

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities

  • 2+ years of marketing experience with a track record of launching successful campaigns 
  • 1+ years experience in Early Education as an administrator, educator, or partner
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • Scrappy, proactive team member who is highly collaborative and gets things done 
  • Track record of consistently delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment
  • Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)
  • Mastery of at least one marketing communication tool such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Braze, Mailchimp, or Intercom
