  • Outside Counsel Management (10%): Manage outside counsel onboarding, billing, performance evaluation, and fee arrangements. Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines for outside counsel engagement. Track and analyze outside counsel spend and provide insights to optimize costs.

  • Operational Support (10%): Regular reporting to Legal leadership on the operational performance of the department. Track and report on the Legal budget. Assist in the development and implementation of legal operations processes and best practices. Provide training and support to legal team members on operational tools and systems.

What we look for:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required

    • Attention to detail

    • Self-starting and following-through with minimal direction, displaying judgment and initiative

    • Staying organized

    • Analyzing and solving novel issues; not afraid of ambiguity

    • Verbal and written communication

    • Building effective working relationships

    • Customer service orientation

  • Enthusiastic member of and participant in the culture of our department
