Location: This is a fully remote position 

As a Staff Learning Architect, you will leverage your expertise in data & AI with your passion for training and enablement to support the strategy and design of Databricks learning offerings, including understanding learner personas and training needs, owning the design and scoping of technical curriculum, using feedback loops and data to inform and prioritize training investments, and helping make learning Databricks easy for everyone.

Your portfolio will include training offerings for SAP Databricks. SAP Databricks is a new native integration of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform within SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC). SAP Databricks enables businesses to perform advanced analytics and develop AI applications on SAP data.

This role will require coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to create a foundation for the SAP Databricks learning experience and taking new offerings from ideation to implementation.

The impact you will have:

  • Engage with product owners, subject matter experts (SMEs), customer-facing technical staff, and learner audiences to establish training requirements and define learning objectives for new courses and learning pathways.
  • Launch new offerings in collaboration with curriculum developers and other learning architects.
  • Work with a team of global stakeholders to prioritize and align training investments with business objectives.
  • Use data to develop insights about content health, quality, and consumption to help drive planning and prioritization and identify opportunities for improvement.

What we look for:

  • Strong knowledge of data & AI platforms, cloud data platforms, and cloud data warehouses, especially Databricks, its product offerings and capabilities, and Lakehouse.
  • Experience with curriculum design & development, enablement, or training delivery.
  • Experience designing and organizing role-based learning pathways or technical enablement programs.
  • Familiarity with SAP products such as ERP, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, or Datasphere.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, machine learning, and AI use cases.
  • Ability to read and understand Python and SQL code.
  • Eagerness to apply analytical skills and data-driven decision making to inform strategy and execution.
  • Program management, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 2 Pay Range

$138,400$212,300 USD

Zone 3 Pay Range

$130,800$200,500 USD
