How you'll make an impact
As our Lead Product Manager, you will be leading the strategic development of our platform capabilities, enabling our customers and partners to leverage the Spotnana platform to support and grow their business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals, and champion data-driven decision-making and innovation throughout the organization.
What you'll own
- Develop platform strategy that meets both customer needs and business outcomes. Define success metrics and drive execution in a rapidly evolving, ambiguous environment.
- Proactively identify opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends, and best practices.
- Build personalized, scalable and high-performance platform capabilities with cost-efficiency at-scale, using cloud computing and ML/AI. Demonstrated success in driving engagement with engineering, system architecture and data science teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science and operations teams to deliver delightful customer experiences. Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and decisions, fostering alignment and driving consensus.
- Excellent communication skills, updating product roadmap and progress with customers, stakeholders and leadership
Experience to bring with you
- 6+ years of experience in product management with platform product, API integrations and ML/AI
- 2+ years of experience in the travel industry is preferred
- Experience in a data informed, agile product development setup in SaaS or PaaS
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize competing priorities, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic objectives
- Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills working with stakeholders and leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent practical experience. An MBA would be a plus
- Willing and able to work in an open office environment in Palo Alto in a hybrid structure. This role is not remote-eligible

Spotnana strives to offer fair, industry-competitive and equitable compensation. Our approach holistically assesses total compensation, including cash, company equity and comprehensive benefits. Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.
The annual cash compensation for this role is: $180,000 - $210,000
