Description

ThetaRay is looking for a Lead Product Manager in New York, to join the product team as the US lead. This role will be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy, ensuring our product meets the unique regulatory, compliance, and operational needs of the US financial ecosystem.

As the Senior Product Manager for the US market, you will act as the bridge between customers, business teams, and R&D, driving product innovation and execution to establish ThetaRay as a key player in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ThetaRay’s product strategy for the US market, defining product capabilities tailored to the local market.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and customer discovery. 
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, compliance, and customer success teams to ensure product-market fit.
  • Translate business needs and customer feedback into detailed product requirements, Epics, and user stories for development teams.
  • Own and prioritize the US-focused product backlog, balancing customer needs with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and data science teams to ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with regulatory experts to ensure product compliance with US financial regulations.
  • Act as a thought leader in financial crime prevention, representing ThetaRay at industry events, customer meetings, and product demonstrations.



Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, data platforms, or financial technology.
  • 5+ years of experience working in financial crime compliance, AML, risk management solutions.
  • Deep understanding of banking and fintech landscapes.
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on software development.
  • Familiarity with data platforms, AI/ML-driven solutions, and cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience in customer discovery, market analysis, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
