Job Description:
What You'll Do
Responsible for identifying assessing and developing risk and control environments associated with evolving technologies within the businesses. Works with minimal supervision.
How You'll Do It

  • Assist in identifying emerging risks related to new transformation processes or technology.
  • Support development and implementation of controls to ensure alignment with company and regulatory policies
  • Monitor industry trends Use historical data and predictive analytics to estimate potential impacts
  • Monitor and Adapt - continuously track risk indicators and update strategies as new threats emerge
  • Works across departments to coordinate initiatives.
  • Analyzes risk and operations data. Interpret data for the purpose of supporting key business goals such as risk environment monitoring and risk mitigation.
  • Assess processes for risk and control effectiveness. Supports control design process and assess processes for any control gaps or enhancements needed to ensure effectiveness of controls.
  • Supports management in preparing presentations and reports
  • Works across departments to coordinate initiatives.
  • Analyzes risk and operations data. Interpret data for the purpose of supporting key business goals such as risk environment monitoring and risk mitigation.

Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelors in Business Administration and Management, Accounting, Finance, or related.
  • 4+ years Audit, Risk, Operations or Related
  • In lieu of education 6+ years Audit, Risk, Operations or Related

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
