Lead, Marketing Analytics & Investment Strategy at a glance...
You will be responsible for developing and deploying Commercial Mix Capabilities; enabling Annual & In-Year Optimizations and Resource Allocation.
In this role, you will collaborate frequently with the Digital Analytics (Data Engineering & Data Science) team. Some of your key contacts will also include the Managers, Directors, VPs and CFOs from a variety of North American and Global teams.
The Lead, Marketing Analytics & Investment Strategy is a trusted expert that can effectively advise stakeholders on all levels.
What's on the menu?

  • Owning the Commercial Mix expansion globally across Kraft Heinz.
  • Leading the Digital Analytics team members in maintaining data foundations + ensuring accuracy, enabling faster delivery through automation,
  • Partnering with the data science team for forecasting, integrating with enterprise data sets and tools.
  • Establishing a well-defined roadmap for the team and will work in an agile environment to achieve key milestones/OKRs.
  • Driving spend optimization/ resource allocation recommendations.


Recipe for Success - apply now if this sounds like you!

  • I have at least 8 years of marketing analytics experience, with a focus on marketing mix, pricing, or forecasting.
  • I have prior experience working at a CPG manufacturer or 10+ years of supplier /consulting experience.
  • I have a strong working knowledge of syndicated data sets and tools (e.g., Nielsen, Circana).
  • I am an expert in MS Excel and can quickly learn analytical modeling tools and techniques.
  • I have the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical people and vice versa.
  • I am experienced in using powerful data storage, data analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Snowflake, Azure, or similar platforms).

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$137,400.00 - $171,700.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
