The Lead, Digital Client Strategy and Analytics will guide client advertising strategies, analyze campaign performance, and foster client relationships to drive growth.
As Lead, Digital Client Strategy and Analytics , you will play a critical role in steering our client services
for key accounts, focusing on linear and digital streaming platforms. Your role involves a blend of
strategic leadership, analytical insight, and client relationship management. You will be instrumental in
guiding our clients' advertising strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and driving client growth
through data-driven insights and strategic optimizations.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for several key accounts, guiding clients through their advertising strategy and influencing growth. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients to understand their marketing and business objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of client goals, KPIs, and marketing strategies.
- Analyze the impact of video campaigns on client business, considering interactions with other marketing channels to provide insights that optimize performance.
- Pitch in on media-related tasks as necessary, acting as the liaison between network partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across all parties involved in campaign execution.
- Oversee all aspects of the client’s campaign, from creative development and media planning to strategic optimization and budget assessment.
- Ensure campaigns are executed effectively, meeting client goals and maximizing ROI.
- Monitor daily client performance and campaign delivery, adjusting strategies as needed to align with client objectives and KPIs.
- Support the Client Strategy team’s initiatives, contributing to the development of strategies that enhance client service and campaign success
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in a strategy, analytics, marketing, or finance role, ideally within a startup, tech company, consultancy, or agency environment.
- Experience in media, advertising, or digital streaming is highly preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in media.
- Familiarity with media buying process and common marketing KPIs.
