The Role Overview
The Lead Enterprise Applications Architect will define the architecture, integration strategies, and automation frameworks that align with business objectives. This role will collaborate closely with business applications developers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure applications are scalable, secure, and efficient while minimizing technical debt and enhancing operational agility. Additionally, the architect will be responsible for designing and optimizing the data warehouse architecture to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence needs, ensuring data consistency, scalability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Architecture & Strategy: Define and implement architectural standards and best practices for business applications to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Design and architect solutions that enable seamless interoperability across Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success, Billing, and Data Infrastructure systems.
- Optimize Business Processes & Systems: Standardize and modernize the underlying systems supporting Demand-to-Lead, Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Quote, Quote-to-Order, and Order-to-Cash processes—ensuring operational efficiency, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across platforms.
- Automation & Optimization: Leverage automation to improve system efficiencies, enhance workflows, and drive operational excellence.
- Technology Evaluation & Roadmap: Assess emerging technologies, recommend solutions, and develop roadmaps for application modernization and digital transformation.
- Data Warehouse Architecture: Design and implement scalable data warehouse architecture that supports enterprise-wide analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure data integrity, security, and performance by defining best practices for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data governance, and cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, business stakeholders, and development teams to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Performance & Scalability: Identify bottlenecks, optimize system performance, and ensure solutions are designed for future growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience with end-to-end business processes, spanning Demand to Lead, Lead to Opportunity, Opportunity to Quote, Quote to Order, Order to Cash.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, system integration, and cloud-based solutions.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and ERP systems, with a focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes that drive revenue operations, sales efficiency, and financial accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of API management, microservices architecture, and middleware technologies.
- Experience with Channel Partner Integration, including solutions for eCommerce, B2B transactions, and partner management with companies like Ingram.
- Hands-on experience with automation, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of data architecture, security protocols, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to develop technology roadmaps, lead architectural governance, and influence executive decision-making.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Extensive experience in data warehouse architecture with a deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud-based data warehousing solutions.

Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity. We offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible time off, a comprehensive well-being program with two paid Wellbeing Days and two paid Volunteer Days per year, plus a three-week Work from Anywhere option.

Base Pay Range: 161,625.00 - 237,050.00 USD
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:
Base Pay Range: 132,225.00 - 193,930.00 USD
All other cities and states excluding those listed above:
Base Pay Range: 120,525.00 - 176,770.00 USD
