Your Future Role:

As Launch Manager, you will work directly with our customers to prepare them for long-term success with Miter. You’ll manage in-flight implementations, identify areas to provide training or one-on-one coaching, and ensure a seamless transition from Sales to Customer Success. You’ll have exposure to all functional areas within Miter - Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success - and own critical projects to set the foundation for the Customer Experience team. 

What You'll Help Build:

  • Manage the Miter implementation calendar and provide updates on the status of all in-flight projects to the broader Miter team

  • Work with customers to migrate their employee and historical payroll data from their current system into Miter 

  • Provide training and product guidance throughout the implementation process to ensure that customers are ready to make the transition

  • Learn Miter products inside and out, and work directly with our Engineering team to prioritize new features based on customer needs

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of work experience in consulting or a fast-growing SaaS company

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Interest in working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales

  • Passion for training customers and internal Miter teams

  • Tireless work ethic and determination

  • High customer empathy and ability to answer product questions

  • Attention to detail and strong organization skills

  • Ability to keep track of many projects at a time
