Role: IT Services Analyst II
Location: Palo Alto, CA - San Jose, CA - New York City, NY (onsite)
Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 + Equity

You are a naturally helpful technology evangelist and you enjoy working among the most brilliant people solving hard engineering problems. You have the expertise and ingenuity to help guide others on how to leverage the latest advances in software, computers, and devices. You are comfortable with often being the expert in the room on the latest gadgets and you often provide your friends and family with technical assistance with their computer problems. You look forward to being paid to do this professionally because it’s something you enjoy doing.
What You'll Do

Install and configure computers, telephones, and other common technology/devices for new and existing employees.

Provide top tier support services to employees who require assistance with their information technology resources.

Support the company with the regular maintenance of its IT inventory, provisioning, and onboarding systems.

Join a growing team of IT Systems Analysts and work together to advance our best practices and technical skills to become experts and leaders in their field.

Provide after-hours or weekend support when necessary to perform some IT changes and migrations with minimal downtime of our IT systems and services.
Requirements

You have a natural ability to understand computers and the curiosity to attain a deep understanding of how to quickly remedy their problems.

You're able to write instructional documentation and convey highly technical ideas in terms regular (non geeks) can understand.

You're a motivated and congenial personality, able to work independently while maintaining patience with the constant interruptions of needy coworkers while providing white glove customer service.

You are physically fit enough to easily lift up to 50 lbs. for duties such as desk moves, handling heavy or bulky electronics, unpacking and rack-mounting equipment, or organizing IT inventory.
Desired Multipliers
BA/BS degree in a computing field or equivalent work experience/certification.
