Job Requirements
You'll be great for this role if you...
- Can demonstrate 3-5 years of experience as an Senior IT Helpdesk / System Admin / IT Sec Ops in a SaaS organization
- Hands-on experience with computer hardware and software installations, administration, and Tier 1, 2 troubleshooting, can diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Must Have strong troubleshooting skills for macOS and Windows 10/11, including experience with MDM solutions (Jamf, Jumpcloud, etc.)
- Need to be an experienced admin of SaaS platforms: Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Zendesk, Office 365 and more
- Have hands-on experience managing security tools (EDR, IAM, MDM, SIEM, vulnerability management)
- Are self-motivated and self-directed - you'll take a task and run with it through to completion
- Exceptional service oriented - our Bobbers are our customers - and we care about ensuring their IT experience is seamless
- You're proactive and you always look for ways to improve how things work
- You are comfortable with a sense of ownership. In this role you'll be the IT representative on the ground in New York but also own remote sites and their needs
