Job Description: 

We are looking for an experienced IT Product Owner to join our Supply Chain IT team. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the data requirements for Order Promising and Allocation Planning throughout the entire development process, from conceptualization to the final stages of design. This will require gathering data requirements from various domains, creating user stories, and prioritizing the product backlog. The primary focus of this position is to enable, transform, and deliver Order Promising and Allocation Planning data solutions for Intel's key business groups. In this position, you will collaborate with stakeholders from various business domains, including the business operations team, Master data, Demand Planning, Finance, and other IT teams. The ideal candidate should possess a combination of business process knowledge, data and analytics skills, and acumen to enable process transformation by leveraging technology.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish, prioritize, implement, maintain, improve, and discontinue process capabilities.
  • Identifies business requirements and system specifications that meet business user data requirements, maps them to systems capabilities, and recommends technical solutions.
  • Validates feasibility of an idea, understands the user expectations from the product, conducts design due diligence, and evaluates the business value and risks.
  • Participate in all product testing phases, from unit to user acceptance testing on the IT front.
  • Ensure alignment of transformation with relevant enterprise-level initiatives
  • Maintains/Builds stakeholder relationships and effectively communicates across teams.
  • Keeps abreast of the latest process trends in demand forecasting and planning.
  • Estimating effort and schedules for major projects and driving the team to meet the timelines while ensuring quality.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your degree, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences. 

Education:

The candidate must have a Bachelor's and 4+ years of experience -OR- a Master's and 2+ years of experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in:

  • Requirements gathering, systems/business analysis, process mapping, solution acceptance testing, and deployment.
  • Designing and implementing data solutions for enterprise planning software solutions such as Blue Yonder OP or equivalent
  • Data solutions implementation experience in Cloud databases like Snowflake, Azure, Amazon Redshift, MariaDB or similar
  • Product backlog, feature definition, requirements analysis, functional design/specifications, solution delivery, testing, user training, TCM (transition change management)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Order Promising/Allocation Planning in the Semiconductor or high-tech industry.
  • Experience with Foundry planning processes will be an advantage.
  • Experience with Supply Chain Analytics using Power BI reports or similar tools.
  • Experience with statistical or AI/ML algorithms will be a plus.
  • Practicing Agile methodologies.
  • Demand Planning and Forecasting experience is a plus

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$132,810.00-$187,500.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
