Key Responsibilities

Video Surveillance & Access Control:
-
Manage and maintain the video surveillance system.
-
Oversee the physical access control system to ensure proper security protocols and access rights.

Desktop / Laptop Support & License Management:
-
Provide comprehensive support for corporate desktop and laptop systems.
-
Track and manage software licenses for internal applications and services.
-

MDM & Device Management:
-
Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) for corporate-owned devices.
-
Ensure efficient provisioning, deployment, and inventory management of IT assets.

Account & User Management:
-
Execute account provisioning and de-provisioning across corporate and production systems (Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Slack, AWS, GitHub, Beta Portal, Grafana, etc.).

Perform quarterly account reconciliations with HR databases.

Video Conferencing & Office A/V Systems:
-
Oversee Zoom infrastructure, including meetings, conference room equipment, scheduling tablets, and visitor signage kiosks.

Manage office audio/video systems.

Budget & Vendor Management:
-
Monitor monthly expenses related to corporate services and invoices.
-
Prepare and manage the annual IT budget in coordination with finance.

Security & Compliance:
-
Maintain and configure the corporate zero-trust security model.
-
Oversee endpoint security rollout and health monitoring on all corporate devices.
-
Ensure compliance with SOC2/ISO standards and implement relevant policies.

Network & Connectivity:
-
Manage and control user access to wired and Wi-Fi office networks.
-
Troubleshoot and optimize network performance and security.
-

Incident & Risk Management:
-
Serve as the primary owner of incident management for corporate systems, collaborating with Security and Engineering teams.

Develop and maintain incident response protocols.

Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
-
5+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and operations management.
-
Demonstrated experience with account provisioning and identity management systems (e.g., Google Workspace, JumpCloud, AWS, etc.).
-
Strong understanding of zero-trust security principles, endpoint security, and network security best practices.
-
Experience managing A/V systems (Zoom, conference room tech, digital signage) is a plus.
-
Familiarity with industry compliance requirements (e.g., SOC2, ISO) and the implementation of related policies.
-
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
-
Proven budget management and vendor negotiation experience.
