The ISA Operations Specialist serves as the primary training and support resource for Independent Sales Advisors (ISAs) with respect to eHealth’s agent software platform. Reporting to the ISA Project Manager, this role is responsible for facilitating ISA proficiency with eHealth tools, troubleshooting software, and optimizing processes between departments.

What you’ll do:  

  • Sales Platform Support:

    • Provide information on system navigation and troubleshooting workflow.

    • Act as back-office experts, offering guidance on utilizing systems and being the first resource for IT and call-related issues.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Process Optimization:

    • Partner with Sales Excellence to refine training materials for the agent software platform.

    • Identify opportunities to enhance training effectiveness and delivery.

    • Provide strategic feedback to project managers on the impact of training and ISA engagement.

    • Develop and maintain standardized workflows.

  • Licensing & Onboarding Support:

    • Assist ISAs with licensing and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into a ready-to-sell state.

    • Respond to ISA inquiries regarding licensing requirements and system navigation.

    • Work with Licensing to refine onboarding and non-resident licensing workflows.

  • Compliance:

    • Track compliance notices and ensure ISAs complete carrier remediation requirements.

    • Assist with compliance investigations and collaborate with Sales Leadership and Compliance teams.

  • Sales Capacity & Communication:

    • Communicate high-volume sales periods to ISAs and stakeholders.

    • Work closely with the S&OP team to optimize resource allocation during peak times.

  • Demonstrate eHealth’s values in your behaviors, practices, and decisions. 

Who you are 

  • You have 2+ years of experience in sales operations or Medicare.

  • You have strong knowledge of sales techniques, licensing, and compliance processes.

  • You have excellent communication, troubleshooting, and presentation skills.

  • You are customer-centric with strong attention to detail

  • You have previous experience in a coordinator or administrative role

  • You have experience in a regulated industry preferred.

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. Base pay is one component of eHealth’s total rewards package, which also includes an annual performance bonus, plus an array of benefits designed to support employees’ personal and professional wellness.
