We are a fast-growing cybersecurity startup that is bringing Machine Learning at scale to fraud prevention
 
What You'll Do:
 
  • Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs.
  • Communicate & Plan with Hiring Managers.
  • Use and create hiring metrics (KPIs) that determine and drive success of our recruiting strategies.  Create weekly reports that hiring managers and execs can leverage to grow the team.
  • Write and improve job descriptions.
  • Recommend new recruitment sources, build talent networks and find passive candidates.
  • Interview candidates following company's rules and regulations, as well as state and federal laws.
  • Screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements and which candidates should move forward in the hiring process
  • Conduct initial interviews to narrow the number of potential candidates who will be interviewed by the hiring manager. 
  • For those hired, ensure that reference and background checks are done consistently and completely

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and a dedication to accuracy
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong level of independence and efficiency
  • The ability to anticipate issues before they arise and proactively recommend creative solutions to problems
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
