About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic summer intern to be a part of our dynamic Internal Audit team for a 12-week period. This position will report directly to the Senior Director, ERM. This person will support projects and assigned tasks that will cultivate their talents and skillsets while providing real-world work experience as they embark on their professional career.

The candidate in this role will support each function within the Internal Audit team: (1) Internal Audit Operations, (2) Sarbanes-Oxley, and (3) Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Under the direct guidance of a CrowdStrike mentor within each Internal Audit group, you may be assigned tasks such as assisting with risk assessment activities, analyzing data, testing internal controls, and more. What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to structured projects and assigned tasks across Internal Audit functions

  • Work with cross-functional key stakeholders under supervision

  • Support the Internal Audit team with administrative tasks relating to internal audit activities

  • Build and update Internal Audit program documentation and intranet pages

  • Be responsible for assigned tasks and communicate project status and details, as needed, in a timely manner

  • Proactively find ways to add value and efficiency to the organization

  • Manage your time effectively so that you’re maintaining a 40-hour work week with appropriate mealtimes and rest breaks

What You’ll Need:

  • Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, business, information systems, data analytics, or related field.

  • Possess a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership of work

  • Proficient with typical office software (e.g., email, spreadsheet, word processor, presentation, etc.)

  • Willingness to accept challenging projects outside areas of working experience

  • Great verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and flexibility working with multi-national teams

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, virtual environment

  • Analytical mindset and strong willingness to learn and contribute
