Bridgeway Benefit Technologies is seeking a detail orientated, highly motivated, and talented Learning & Development Instructional Designer to join our L&D team. As an Instructional Designer at Bridgeway, you will be responsible for supporting company-wide training and external customer training. You will perform a combination of project-based and learning center administrative functions and will have the opportunity to create/prepare live learning modules and edit existing learning modules.

This is a remote position. East coast candidates preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation of training modules
  • Edit and update existing training modules
  • Create post-training exercises
  • Troubleshoot course activity in the Bridgeway University (Litmos LMS)
  • Assist with Litmos activities and development
  • Create learning pathways in BWU Litmos LMS
  • Analyze, Design, Develop, and Implement virtual training modules
  • Design interactive learning activities for engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and SMEs to provide best practices and learning opportunities


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, preferably a Masters Degree in Instructional Design & Technology
  • 3+ years of professional work in Instructional Design
  • Experience with storyboards and development of training modules
  • Experience developing content in Articulate Rise, Camtasia
  • Experience with creating and importing SCORM files to an LMS, preferably Litmos
  • Professional Portfolio with project examples and evidence of positive feedback on training modules that you have developed in an online learning management system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills and the ability to professionally and confidently interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to edit audio and video files
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Knowledge of ADA 508 Compliance and Accessibility in an online environment
