Are you passionate about using data to shape powerful stories that drive client impact? Do you excel in weaving insights into compelling narratives and have experience in campaign measurement? Raptive is seeking a data-driven individual to join our team as an Insights & Measurement Specialist. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting Raptive’s audience, content, and campaign success with clients’ goals, guiding them from initial engagement to post-campaign results.
As Insights & Measurement Specialist, you will work at both ends of the client journey, supporting Raptive’s pre-sales and post-sales initiatives through strategic data insights. Partnering closely with our Pre-Sales Insights Lead, you’ll help prospective clients see the value of aligning with Raptive’s diverse audiences and content strengths. Once campaigns are underway, you will manage comprehensive measurement studies that assess campaign performance, turning the results into clear, data-driven stories that reinforce Raptive’s value. This role is crucial in showing both why clients should work with us and how our solutions drive results.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Comprehensive Campaign Measurement & Research Execution: Lead post-sales measurement studies that quantify campaign impact using methods such as brand lift, sales lift, and foot traffic. You will coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure robust methodologies and actionable insights, creating a narrative of campaign success that builds client confidence and highlights Raptive’s effectiveness.
  • Audience & Content Insights for Client Engagements: Collaborate with our Pre-Sales Insights Lead to equip sales directors and marketing teams with insights that align Raptive’s audience reach and content strengths to prospective client needs. Use audience data from sources like Comscore and internal content analytics to reveal trends across Raptive’s 38 content verticals, helping clients understand why Raptive is the right fit.
  • Insightful Storytelling & Client Presentations: Distill complex data into compelling stories, creating case studies, insights decks, and presentations that showcase both pre-campaign alignment and post-campaign success. Your ability to translate data into clear, engaging narratives will help solidify Raptive’s value proposition in client conversations.
  • Data-Driven Support for Sales & Marketing Teams: Empower our sales and marketing teams with insights that differentiate Raptive in pitches, proposals, and client-facing discussions. With a deep understanding of audience behavior and campaign outcomes, you’ll play a critical role in guiding how Raptive’s solutions are presented to clients.

The skills and experience you bring to the job:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on campaign measurement, audience insights, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign measurement methodologies and experience working with third-party measurement vendors (e.g., brand lift, sales lift, foot traffic).
  • Expertise in analyzing audience data and content engagement trends, ideally with tools like Comscore or similar platforms.
  • A balance of analytical and storytelling skills: you’re comfortable delving into data, extracting valuable insights, and turning them into impactful narratives for both internal teams and clients.
  • Excellent presentation skills, able to communicate complex data insights to a wide range of audiences and build compelling cases for Raptive’s advertising solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams, with a strong understanding of the role of insights in client acquisition and retention.
