What You'll Bring

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have previous experience as a Sales Supervisor in a call center environment
  • Ability to effectively manage a remote team
  • A strong history of award-winning sales leadership success is a big plus
  • Proficiency in the analysis of performance metric with an ability to utilize that data to drive sales performance
  • You take pride in getting to know people and motivating them to succeed
  • You understand team dynamics and deliver a strategy that achieves results
  • You’re a creative problem solver who wants to improve our environment
  • You love running your sales team like your own business

Salary Range:

$57,000 - $94,975

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
