These challenges could involve managing emotions, challenging negative thinking, and reducing stress and anxiety.We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative Intern who is passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our Sales team. This position reports to the SVP of Sales.What You’ll Do

  • Engage with prospective accounts through inbound and outbound calls to identify sales opportunities and qualify leads to help build a pipeline. 
  • Partner closely with the sales team, including senior directors, strategic account managers, sales managers, and representatives, to support regional sales objectives.
  • Conduct targeted outreach to potential healthcare partners, making compelling sales presentations via phone and video.
  • Assist with sales territory coverage, including occasional travel, as needed.
  • Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build foundational sales skills and industry knowledge to prepare for future career growth.

  • Customer-Centric Approach – Proactively supports the sales team in identifying partner needs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for prospective healthcare providers.
  • Foundational Healthcare & Mental Health Knowledge – Gains exposure to pediatric mental health, referral workflows, and healthcare partnerships to better understand Bend Health’s role in the industry.
  • Data & CRM Proficiency – Learns how to analyze sales data, track engagement in a CRM, and use insights to enhance outreach efforts and improve sales strategies.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork – Works closely with sales managers, strategic account managers, and cross-functional teams to support partnership development and contribute to Bend Health’s growth initiatives.
  • Adaptability & Growth Mindset – Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by taking initiative, learning from feedback, and staying flexible in response to evolving business priorities.

What You Bring

Required:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, with junior or senior standing.
  • Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and engaging.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a dynamic setting.

Preferred:

  • 3.5 GPA or higher.
  • Previous experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service.
  • Background in commissioned sales or competitive team activities.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to convey ideas effectively.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 5% overnight for meetings).

The salary range for United States residents is $34,000 to $54,000 per year + Bonus. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Bend Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity, and 401k contribution (all bAll enefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
