  • Campaign Execution: Manage the execution of influencer partnerships from start to finish, including influencer outreach, content approval, and content scheduling.
  • Paid Media Amplification: Allocate and manage budgets for paid amplification of influencer content across appropriate social platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, including engagement rates, ROI, and conversion metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Brand Studios, Product, Marketing, Social, Community) to ensure the influencer content integrates seamlessly with ongoing marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5-8+ years) in influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of working with mid-tier influencers.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate influencers based on data-driven insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple influencer relationships and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficient in creating compelling and tailored content for influencers.
  • Experience with paid media amplification of influencer content on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for staying on top of industry trends and new influencer marketing tactics.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
