As an Implementation Coordinator at Vida, you will play an integral role in scoping, prioritizing and executing on the needs of Vida’s Client Success Team and clients. This includes coordinating across internal Vida teams to develop business strategies and drive action plans related to new client implementations. This role requires strong project management, cross-functional execution and relationship/consensus building skills along with keen business judgment to be successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Scope and manage key projects related to new client implementations, including developing the strategy and action plan, getting buy-in/consensus from internal stakeholders and coordinating the end-to-end execution.
  • Understand and build on the Vida Implementation Playbook that catalogs all Client Success processes at Vida including owners, responsibilities and process details.
  • Assist Client Success Team  by developing new or enhancing current templates/processes.
  • Track current and new client details as ongoing reference source.
  • Drive execution of Client Success led initiatives including documentation of the process, action plan and status on each item in the plan (e.g., issues, resolution and as well as client associated questions/responses).
  • Liaison to key Client Success Partners (e.g., Marketing, Reporting/Analytics, Product) to enhance coordination and visibility into action plans and status of deliverables/priorities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management working with account management, sales, or customer success.
  • Bachelor’s Degree at minimum.
  • Must have recent healthcare/health-tech experience.
  • Familiarity with the overall healthcare landscape, key healthcare administration/payer processes and disease/care management solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to different kinds of audiences.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment and have an ownership mentality.
  • Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks and apply good judgment in resolving complex, cross functional issues.
  • Proficient in the use of web and mobile technologies and Microsoft Office or Google Suite tools: Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Passionate about Vida’s mission.
  • Open to minimal travel 10-15%.
