About the Job

As the Implementation Operations Specialist, you will support the Implementation Operations Manager to deliver internal development initiatives that drive the maturity and efficiency of our Implementation department. This role will play a key part in optimizing team operations by analyzing performance metrics, identifying process gaps, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and creative problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, analyze, and present reports on key team metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Draft and present project proposals to the Director of Implementation, providing insights and recommendations for department growth.
  • Maintain data integrity by identifying and addressing gaps in tooling, reconciling data inconsistencies, and improving reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership, vendors, and other departments, to enhance implementation processes.
  • Support the development of internal documentation, playbooks, and customer-facing resources that improve implementation efficiency.
  • Assist in streamlining workflows by evaluating and optimizing current tooling, processes, and automation opportunities.
  • Act as a key contributor to process improvement initiatives by gathering feedback, analyzing trends, and implementing best practices.
  • Provide training and guidance on reporting and tooling improvements to ensure adoption across the team.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting complex data sets
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and influence leadership decisions
  • Creative thinking and resource development experience, particularly in designing internal or customer-facing materials
  • Administrative experience with Salesforce and/or ServiceNow 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Experience working with BI tools
  • Basic understanding of change management principles
  • Experience in SaaS deployment, preferably with security software
