­­Your Role

The Sr. HRIS Analyst is responsible for providing functional and technical solutions for the Global Workday Platform, covering modules like HCM, Benefits, Absence Management, Performance & Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Time Tracking, and Learning. You will collaborate with HR leaders, business partners, finance, data platform, and IT teams to optimize and improve processes across these areas.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as subject matter expert for the Workday Platform.  Specialized knowledge in following Workday modules is desired: Performance and Talent, Recruitment, Learning, and Compensation

  • Lead and/or participates in optimization projects to help global business users and HR functions to realize the full potential of Workday.

  • Act as a strategic partner in developing and implementing processes to streamline and automate workflows.

  • Collaborate with HR Leadership and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations and enhancements.

  • Create and manage processes to support self-service and HR data entry to preserve integrity, consistency, and accuracy.

  • Provide application support for daily operations and maintenance.

  • Support special projects and perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

  • Perform audits of data to preserve its integrity, consistency, and accuracy. Regularly review user procedures/workflows to ensure system features are being fully utilized. Identify features that may improve efficiency.

 Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration or 5-8 years of experience in related field.

  • 8+ years of HRIS experience, specifically with Workday platform, with exposure to HR technology across multiple HR functions (HCM, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Absence Management and Learning).

  • Experience working with integrations and 3rd party vendors.

  • Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills required.

  • Must be a self-starter, inclined to take initiative, and work effectively within a team.

  • Must be detail orientated and have demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills required, both verbal and written.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Certification in Workday HCM required.

**If the position is filled in Los Angeles, the compensation range is estimated to be between $125k-150k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience

**If the position is filled in Oakland, the compensation range is estimated to be between $140k-170k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience
