What you’ll do in this role:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze employee data from HR systems (e.g., Workday) and healthcare-specific platforms like EMRs to uncover valuable trends.
  • Create and maintain dashboards that track HR metrics, such as employee turnover, engagement, and recruitment funnel efficiency.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance employee experiences, improve retention rates, and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Partner with HR, Recruiting, Finance, and Leadership to address healthcare-specific challenges and align analytics with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate and refine tools like HRIS, ATS, CRM, and scheduling platforms to improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze headcount data, forecast hiring needs, and develop predictive models to anticipate workforce trends.
  • Present findings in visually engaging, easy-to-digest formats for stakeholders at all levels.

We are looking for a HR Data Analyst - People Analytics with:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, HR, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in data analysis, preferably focused on HR/People Analytics in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven success in creating dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
  • Advanced experience in predictive analytics, workforce modeling, or machine learning.
  • Expertise with platforms such as Workday, ATS, and healthcare technology (e.g., EMRs like HCHB).
  • Familiarity with employee survey tools (e.g., Energage, Perceptyx) is a plus.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Familiarity with Python or R is a bonus.
  • Exceptional analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with methods such as regression analysis, A/B testing, and predictive modeling.
  • Ability to present complex data clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with HR, IT, and leadership teams collaboratively.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
  • Tableau or Power BI certification.
  • SQL or Python certifications (e.g., DataCamp, Codecademy).
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Lean Six Sigma for process improvement.
