Hellowiz is an AI-based purpose-driven community where we harness the wisdom of highly experienced professionals in retirement transition to guide future generations. The first version of Hellowiz was built by hiring a small tech team and design agency in India. As a bootstrapped founder, I formed a small team with some of my former colleagues to get us going. With my corporate background and technology and business experience, I was hands-on in launching the MVP of the marketplace with 100 users on our platform. Since we are starting our fundraising journey and business development, which limits my time to focus on product development and internal operations. I am looking for a team member and business partner who is skilled in marketplace development, tech innovation, project management and operations. The team member will own the product strategy and hands-on execution of our marketplace development.
- Strong technical innovation background, especially with marketplace type of product development.
- User experience and design: We are building a marketplace where retiring professionals offer services. We want the design to be easy and intuitive for older users.
- Program/Project management skills - we have a small development team in India who needs hands-on direction and management for both development and maintenance.
- Optional) - Prototyping skills with tools like Figma. We work with a design agency in India, but sometimes we need the ability to come up with initial design for the agency to evolve.
This is an equity-based role and an opportunity to create an impact-driven digital marketplace by being part of an early-stage founding team. If you are looking for a full-time job with cash-based compensation and benefits, please do not apply.
