As the Web Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for all aspects of our corporate website, from production and design, to backend development, to managing the underlying CMS and technology stack. Your success will be measured on your ability to develop and execute strategies that drive meaningful web traffic and engagement with our ideal customer profile on Lumos.com. You will build and manage a trusted bench of agencies and contractors, and eventually an in-house team, and work closely with stakeholders in marketing, product and sales to ensure the website supports our top business priorities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Website Strategy & Management: Evolve Lumos' website to represent the company's brand, communicate our value proposition and product differentiation, and become our top channels for pipeline generation. Maintain and communicate an aggressive web roadmap to support business priorities, improve user experience, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Analytics & Performance Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on web traffic metrics. Establish KPIs and measure performance to identify growth opportunities. Implement marketing automation and CRM integrations to streamline data tracking and lead nurturing.
  • Growth & Experimentation: Develop and execute A/B tests and growth experiments to optimize web performance and conversion rates. Leverage SEO, personalization, retargeting and other techniques to attract more visitors, and ensure we engage them in a direct and relevant manner.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work cross-functionally and communicate regularly with executive leadership, product, and sales. Hire, mentor, and manage future team members as the company scales. Keep the website cutting edge by staying up to date on industry trends, competitive approaches, and emerging technologies. 

What We're Looking ForTechnical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of website management, UX/UI principles, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and website optimization tools.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and data visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices, keyword research, and backlink strategies.
  • Experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

💰Pay Range

$170,000 - $220,000. Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.
