We are seeking a highly strategic and creative Head of Product Marketing to build and lead a world-class product marketing function and drive commercial success. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales—someone who is not only an expert in traditional product marketing but also deeply understands how sales enablement influences conversion rates and revenue growth. Reporting to the EVP of Product, you will be responsible for developing compelling go-to-market (GTM) strategies, creating high-impact sales enablement materials, and ensuring a strong feedback loop between marketing, product, and sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product marketing team to drive business impact
  • Commercial & Strategic Thinking: Define and refine product positioning and messaging while ensuring alignment with revenue growth objectives and market opportunities
  • Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution: Lead GTM planning and execution for new product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success teams, and optimizing based on feedback loops
  • Product Positioning, Messaging & Sales Enablement: Develop compelling messaging and sales tools that enhance conversion rates, while driving creativity and effectiveness in content creation
  • Customer Insights & Advocacy: Establish a strong voice-of-customer function, leveraging direct engagement, surveys, research, and leading product councils and user advisory councils to influence product development and marketing
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and monitor the product technology landscape to anticipate industry trends and inform strategic decisions
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Commercial Leadership: Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams to align strategy, optimize product marketing processes, and ensure measurable revenue impact

Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience leading and scaling a product marketing team
  • Deep understanding of K-12 education technology, financial software, or payments solutions preferred
  • Proven experience driving sales performance through enablement programs and sales content
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to measuring impact and optimizing strategy
  • Exceptional creative skills and the ability to craft compelling stories that drive engagement and conversion
  • Outstanding leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
