Role Overview: The Head of Product Marketing will play a critical role in bringing our products and product enhancements to market. This individual will coordinate across our between marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful product launches, drive product adoption, and communicate our product value propositions effectively. This role is key to our growth strategy and requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and strong execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Launch Management: Lead and coordinate product launches, ensuring all cross-functional teams are aligned and informed.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
  • Messaging and Positioning: Develop and refine product messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market.
  • Sales Enablement: Create sales tools, training materials, and collateral to enable our sales team to effectively sell our products.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and inform future product development.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with our the content team to create compelling content, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and webinars.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product strategy and execution.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Evangelize: Participate in webinars, podcasts, and speaking opportunities to promote our products and technology

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of application security, SaaS, and cybersecurity.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive go-to-market plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling product messaging.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to gather insights from data and make informed decisions.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
