About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to take on the role of Head of Clinical Operations & Analytics. This position is vital for overseeing the operational aspects of our provider strategy and ensuring exceptional provider experiences
What You’ll Do
- Your job is to develop data pipelines and KPIs for our provider organization and organize non-technical team members to help optimize our provider experience
- You’ll serve as the core manager for insurance team, clinical operations managers, provider success associates
- Communicate key metrics to senior leadership team
- You manage the recruitment process for our provider team and can work collaboratively with our recruiters to optimize this process
Who You Are
- An adept problem-solver who can navigate complex issues involving multiple stakeholders
- Data-oriented, with a capability to leverage analytics for strategic decision-making
- Clinical experience is not needed: technical skills are
- You’re comfortable with Python

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $250,000 to $350,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
